We have seen Rachel using Ida’s (our Indonesian help who comes every weekend to help clean the house; we normally leave her in MIL’s place, as it is not feasible or fair for her to work at both houses during the weekdays) bedding/mattress as a tent. She will prop the mattress up and crawl underneath it.

Hubby finds it amusing. So, one day, he went to IKEA, and bought Rachel a RM30 tent instead. Hubby immediately put it up when we reach home, and now, it’s a big fixture in our room.

Once it’s in place, Rachel put all her “dollies” which consist of Piggy, Missy and Dolly into the tent. Then, she put the pink bolster that my dad got her, along with some of her books into the tent. It’s getting a wee bit cram in there.

Yesterday night, I made a cup of milk for her, and asked her to drink in her tent. She took the cup, went into the tent, sipped for awhile, then, she “pretended” to feed each of her dollies, while saying “dink” (meaning drink) each time!!!!! If I may say so myself, I think that’s really cute!!!!! ‘PROUDLY’
