Potty trained
We started rachel without pampers during the night since two weeks ago. Before we braved this event, we shopped at ikea for a thick mattress protector. There's no way we can "sun" her mattress if any accidents were to happen, as her mattress is made of natural rubber!!! No sunning allowed!!!!
Before the first night, to prep her, we kept on telling her that she will not be wearing her pampers, and if she needs the toilet, she can wake mummy up.
It was good. we survived the first night fine, and so far, we only had ONE accident over the last two weeks. Still crossing our fingers!!!!

Cheng Chin, i started potty training Hayley today. Still need a few more lessons. I show u pic on my blog one of these days.
mommy, wahhh, you are starting hayley early! good for u! it's never too early to start them! let them feel the whiff of fresh air when they wanna poo or pee (he, he....) and once they get used to it (or love it), the job will be easier for us! hope i can do this again, IF (God-willing) i have my second one!
i was using a toilet trainer, those mini seats that fit on top of a standard toilet seat. It was my nephew's & i just thought why not let Hayley sit on it.
It didn't really go so well the first time. She sat there patiently for maybe half a minute, look around, gave me a smile & finally gave me a nasty look. If she can talk, i guess she wd've said, "what are you doing Mommy, get me off this thing. I hv nothing to empty out".
hahaha....we did not use that toilet trainer till she was near to two. We were using a potty.....till then!
