Irony
Not a rambling about Rachel….
It is such an irony that life is such as this……when you desperately yearn for something, it evades you….and when you have moved on and stopped needing that something….it comes and haunt you big time.
Once young and eager, I yearned to travel the world for work. Once young and eager, I yearned for work opportunities that demand my fullest attention. Alas….such yearning was futile…..THEN.
NOW….it all comes pouring onto my lap…..
The latest is a chance to travel to
Well, I have rejected the offer…much to my bosses’ chagrin. But I know it’s the right move, although I did grieve (whoa….a big word) a bit….
Again….life is ironic....

Hehe it is true, life is really quite ironic like that! But at least it does mean that you are now more important to your company. It does feel good to be wanted!! :)
hahaha....siong ee, thanks for the vote of confidence...but after this rejection on this job, I think my bosses are not too pleased!!!!! well, again...life has to go on....
he..he...i turned down a South African trip as well early this year...it was not even for real work..it was for team building..
Maybe next time we go together for hols:)
