Daddy's girl....and Daddy's the trophy darling now...

Since 2 weeks before my due date, hubby has been trying to take care of rachel as much as he can. He does everything for her, and as I was too big and clumsy to put her to bed every night, before climbing onto my own bed, hubby started doing that.

And now, with the baby to handle, Rachel is sleeping in one room with daddy, while baby and I are in the other room. It was difficult initially, to transition to this arrangement, but Rachel finally got the hang of it, and now, she's mighty sticky to daddy, as compared to me. Mixed feelings for me.... really sad and upset that I am no more her trophy darling, but really happy that she's understanding and father-daughter bonding is so much stronger now....

I guess I can't have it all!!!!!!.......
