Another word

I am glad to report that Rachel is picking up words here and there....her latest list:

CAR.....brrrrrrr (car)
Bao Bao (carry)
bull bull (ball)
jeeezzzzz (please)
aiya.... (aiya)
bu yao (don't want, in mandarin)
BABA (Ali Baba, her current favourite story book)
broo broo (sound of fart, and also, telling us she wants to poo)

It's quite a relief that she is finally picking up words. At one point in time, I was so worried....was even thinking of sending her to the speech therapist....all this, thanks to the parenting books which say an 18 month old has to know at least 50 words!!!!!
