Working on her pronounciation

There are still some words that she can't pronounce properly. Or maybe, she just does not think what I teach her is right...

E.g.:

Skoots (she's trying to say Skates)
Chitchen (she's trying to say Kitchen)
Tothere-der (she's trying to say Together)
Moun-ter-ring (she's trying to say Wandering)
Bru-Dal (she's trying to say Pluto ....as in Pluto the dog ...Mickey Mouse's dog)

and now, she's into "defensive" talking as well...everytime I comment on something, she will defend..

e.g:

Rachel, is the jelly nice?
Yes. Nice...Why not nice?

Rachel, do you want to drink your juice?
Yes, I want. Why don't want to drink?

Rachel, can you put on your own shirt?
Yes, I can...why you say I cannot?

Rachel, you want to go to bed?
Yes, I am sleepy....why cannot be sleepy?
